Cancellation Policy

1. BOOKING POLICIES: * Bookings may be made through our Website, Facebook, Instagram, and by directly contacting our 24/7 Customer Service Team. * To secure your bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 25%of the total booking price is required. The balance must be paid no later than 14days before the start of the tour. If a booking is made less than 14days before the start of the tour, the full booking price must be paid at the time of booking. * All payment must be made in currencies agreed upon by both parties. kindly reach out to our 24/7 customer service team to assist you in the payment options. 2. CANCELLATION POLICY: * Standard Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the amount of notice given and the specific tour package. * Late Cancellation: Cancellation made 7days to the scheduled departure will incur a 60% cancellation fee or forfeit the entire deposit. * No-Show: Failure to show up for the scheduled tour will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount. * Rescheduling: If you need to make changes to your booking or reschedule notify us 14-7days in advance, we will do our best to accommodate changes, subject availability and additional charges. * Weather or Force Majeure: In event of cancellation due to weather or other force majeure events(e.g natural disasters, political unrest), clients will be offered the option to reschedule. 3. TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY: * Travel Insurance Requirement: We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your ability to travel . HOBTOURS will not be held responsible for any expense incurred due to cancellations or delays caused by factors outside our control, such as natural disasters. 4. Changes To The Policy: * HOBTOURS reserves the right to modify or update this policy. Any changes will be communicated to the client at least 7 days before their departure and updated policies will apply to all future bookings. 5. SOCIAL MEDIA: * During trips, we capture exciting moments of you and your group and share them on our social media platforms. * Booking a tour with us means you're giving us your consent to share your pictures or videos on our platforms.
